Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

Please note that the clinic closing time can vary depending on demand.
Our office is often open later than these posted hours when appointments and
client needs make this necessary. In winter months, the clinic may
occasionally close early. it is recommended that clients intending to
come by the clinic at end-of-day without an appointment call ahead to verify
staff will be able to assist them in their needs.
| 3. What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open? |
There is a veterinarian available to assist clients of this practice after
hours 365 days of the year, on an as-needed basis. Clients need to phone
first to discuss their situation with the on-call veterinarian and arrange
emergency care, if needed. Simply call our regular phone line (705 789
5181) to be connected to the veterinarian on-call.
Our clinic shares this emergency service with
two other clinics - our sister clinic in Bracebridge (Bracebridge
Animal Hospital) and another local animal hospital that also practices in
keeping with our practice philosophies and standards.
